Hello everyone.

I took for granted, assuming that all customers use Discord for communication and support. We normally use discord to relay timely updates and to communicate with our clients in case of issues, information, sales etc.

Early this month, we had an issue resulting in the termination of our website which we shared in Discprd. In order to get the website back up, we had to restore an old backup which was corrupted and it caused issues, so we basically had to format / wipe the website clean of all clients and product information along with some other things that needed fixing.

This basically means its a new website so all previous information, such as login, product info, etc was deleted.

Dont be alarmed though as all your current services will continue to work until it expires and we will continue to provide support via ticket or on discord.

This also means that you will not receive an invoice upon renewal date but if you intend on renewing, you can just reorder service and get setup instantly.
